Job Description

- Handle partial to full-sets of accounts including data entry into accounting system.
- AP duties include verifying vendor invoices with supporting documents and issuing payments.
- AR duties include monitoring aging report, sending Statement of Accounts, following-up on outstanding debts and recording incoming payment.
- Handle funding claims and audit support.
- Handle bank reconciliation and manage cash book.
- GST filings preparation.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and processes for accounting & finance functions.
- Liaising with Operations and external vendors on key accounting related matters.
- Cross-functional support on adhoc reports and / or accounting matters.-

Job Requirements

- Professional qualifications, Diploma and/or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
- Preferably with experience in maintaining full sets of accounts.
- Experience with accounting MYOB software is a plus.
